dexFreight Welcomes Dr. Benjamin Melamed and Juan Carlos Villa as Advisors
dexFreight Team is excited to announce its most recent additions to the advisory team:
Dr. Benjamin Melamed (on the left) serves as a Distinguished Professor at Rutgers University, Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick, Department of Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences. He is also a member of the Rutgers Innovation Park Internal Advisory Board, the Rutgers University Transportation Coordinating Council, and an academic research fellow at the Rutgers Center for Supply Chain Management.
Juan Carlos Villa (on the right), is a supply chain professional with over 35 years of research experience. Villa currently serves as the Manager at the Mexico City Office for the Texas Transportation Institute, Texas A&M University System. He is widely recognized for leading several projects with the U.S. Federal Highway Administration, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Centers of Excellence, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, among others; and for his research in freight transportation, logistics, and trade matters for the multiple governmental and multinational organizations.
